So I contact the Rockstar support desk and I've been going backwards and forwards for a month now with them not understanding the problem is that the DLC isn't available and them telling my to delete the game and re-download and then delete the game utility and then upgrade my PS3 software and blagh, blagh, blagh. So, I tried to download this content and it's not available from the PS store. I got about 2 hours into the gameplay and it said I couldn't go any further until I downloaded the Homicide desk DLC.
